Membership Details:

Initial Visit & Enrollment Fee:

$395 Adult

$225 Pediatric ($125 each additional child)

New clients are required to pay a non-refundable enrollment fee for the extended initial visit at the time of booking.

Additional Visits pricing: $60 Adult/$30 Child for additional 30 minute visits in same month
