Initial Visit

$395 Adult

$225 Pediatric ($125 each additional child)

Monthly Fee

$89 Adult

$30 Each Child under 18 per month

New clients are required to pay a non-refundable initial visit fee at the time of booking. Please allow 90-120 minutes for your first appointment.
